Differing products need different print techniques; we make it our business to understand all the artwork and print requirements. This often saves time in the concept stages in selecting the best solution for clients. (We will say if an idea is not technically possible). Outlined below is the typical production process with links to more detail:
Enquiry/Sample
On receiving an enquiry we establish the type of product being sought, quantities and required lead-times. At this point advice from experience is offered if there are other options. If catalogue products are not the best solution we research other suppliers and report findings to the client. (Note: this may include frank advice that the client's preferred option may not be available within budget or time constraints). At the client's request a sample is ordered (time permitting) to establish an "in-hand" assessment of quality of product. This does not include a printed sample at this stage. Note: some low cost samples are free, some are returnable and some carry a reasonable charge.
