Quote/Order
Once the preferred product is chosen lead-times are confirmed with the printer and a written quote supplied along with artwork guidelines and order form with terms and conditions. First orders are proforma and will be commenced on the clearing of a cheque. If time permits a customer account may be processed and set up. On receiving the order a production slot is booked with the printers and we liaise with the client's artwork providers.

Artwork
On receiving artwork it is checked that it is suitable for the print process, amending where possible or advising client's art producers about amendments. (Artwork can sometimes be provided but this will normally attract a further charge)
